Michael has spent his career at the intersection of people, technology, and growth. Over three decades, he has built and led the HR and talent foundations that enable deep-tech companies to scale effectively and sustain healthy cultures through rapid change.

As Senior Vice President of People and Talent at Together Labs (formerly IMVU), Michael guided the company from 40 to over 400 employees, overseeing HR, talent acquisition, legal, and real estate. His leadership helped the company earn “Best Place to Work” recognition nine times under five different CEOs. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Google, Tesla, Webex, and Cisco after beginning in executive search and engineering staffing.

Today Michael helps founders design the people, culture, and operational systems that support innovation and long-term success.
